"We made a reservation for 8pm. Arrived 20 minutes earlier and were offered to wait at the bar. At 8:03 were still waiting though the restaurant was half empty. The manager told us that they are not supposed to seat people earlier than their reservation time. Probably they are supposed to make people wait. No apologies or attempts to improve the situation.
