"Since moving into our apartment in May, living at 4123 Cedar Springs has been a nightmare. The AC has been unreliable and often unusable, with it breaking completely for 5 days at one point. Even when it does work, it is full of mold, posing a health hazard. My partner, who suffers from asthma, eczema, and severe allergies, has had to take immunosuppressants just to be able to live here. Without the AC, the temperature inside the apartment quickly rises to uncomfortable levels. To make matters worse, my car was stolen from the unsecured garage, my electric bill has tripled, and there have been violent crimes in the building. Overall, this apartment complex is not suitable for anyone, and I would not recommend it to even my worst enemy."
