"We dined on Father's Day for our very first time at Prime. The food and ambiance was outstanding; it was the service that spoiled our experience. While our server was super courteous and professional, he forgot my husband's martini, the sauce he ordered on his steak and his espresso at the end of our meal. The manager graciously offered us a $20 gift card for our next visit, which we will definitely use. For the price point of this restaurant, the service should be impeccable, and it just wasn't. Our reservation was for 4:00 pm, so it wasn't as if the restaurant was very busy at that time. Great meal, disappointing service."
