"that was the first time I and my husband went to Manalus. it was the best Italian meal we ever had. the sose is amazing, it is not like the typical thick red sauce. our waiter was great and explained the menu and gave us great suggestions. we look forward to coming back soon!"

"For some reason I was expecting this to be an upscale restaurant. It is not. It’s a somewhat casual restaurant. But I’ve got to tell you the food was excellent! When you are in the mood for real deal Italian food this is the place to come! Service was very good, my friend had chicken piccata that was outstanding, And my linguini with Putanesca (sp?)sauce was terrific! I’m definitely going back next time I’m in Charlotte."

"Easily seen from the road and there is plenty of parking spaces. You get right in and immediately they bring you something to drink and give you bread on your table while you wait. They bring salad for you to eat until your food gets there. The food is hot and good. The employees are nice and courteous. The restrooms are clean. There are high chairs for children."

"First time eating here, won't be the last. Food and service were 5 star. There was a small wait but it was worth it. I had the Chef's favorite. Delicious dish. My wife and son both had the Chicken Parmigiano. They loved it. We can't wait to come back and try different dishes. It was refreshing to experience such amazing customer service at a restaurant from the moment we walked in till we left. Bravo!"

"Been going here since I was a kid. Staff is great and always friendly. They treat you like a friend/family and not just a customer. Definitely one of the best pizzas on Long Island whether it’s just cheese , pepperoni or chicken bacon pizza you’ll find it’s hard to be topped. The pasta and hot sandwiches are very good too. Especially the Fettuccine Alfredo w/ breaded chicken. Highly recommend dine in or take out."

"DO NOT bother going here. The service is the slowest, both servers in the restaurant are not even attentive to customers and have nasty attitudes. We waited with a menu in our hands for at least 15 minutes and neither of the servers even looked at our table to acknowledge we were waiting, let alone taking orders. The restaurant was not even crowded on Wednesday evening. Pathetic. Don't go or you'll end up wasting your time."

"It was the worst experience I have had with any Resturant including Bella. I know it was a Saturday night. but that doesn't make an excuse for having a table for two so small you can hardly put more than one plate on it. They're just trying to squeeze as many people as they can. That was outdoor also the outdoor noise which is unbelievable to me was just as loud or louder than inside the restaurant, I've made a decision after going to Resturant for many many years when they were in Highland Park. I will not come back. We had one drink at an appetizer and I couldn't take anymore and my friend that was with me agreed we got up and we left and the other thing is while all the restaurants that have valet parking in Highwood. This is the only restaurant that charges you five bucks to park is ridiculous"

"Arrived 3PM and only 1 other table was occupied. Waitress (don't remember her name... was courteous, friendly, and quick. She answered all of our questions and able to handle our change to menu item. Food came out right after finishing the salads. It was perfect tempature and done. The taste was just OK for me...but just my taste buds. The cost is reasonable...$70 for 3 adults. I recommend you try it... Food: 3"
