"We started with appetizers and ordered French fries for the girls, then placed our dinner orders. After finishing the appetizers and waiting for our main courses, our server informed my daughter that they had run out of lobster tails, forcing her to choose a different dish. We had ordered over 30 minutes earlier, so this was quite frustrating. She decided on crab legs instead, and we waited at least another 30 minutes for our food to arrive.
When it finally came, the food was just okay. Given our total bill of $450, I expected much better service. After more than two hours, we received the bill, which I paid promptly as the children were becoming restless. On my way out, I asked to speak with the manager to discuss our disappointing dining experience. Unfortunately, he could only offer a $25 gift certificate, which was hardly sufficient since it barely covered the cost of one appetizer. We definitely deserved better than this."
