"Really cool dining room, very upscale and the menu sounded so promising. And it 's James Clary, so it had to be good, right? Well...my first visit shortly after they opened was with my family. We entered and the hostess just stared at us, so I brightly said, Hi! Welcome to Fish! We have 4! I guess she didn 't think that was very funny. It went downhill from there. The server had too many tables so she was behind and slow. The fish in our appetizer was old. The manager took it off our check and gave us a coupon for the next visit, which was nice. I gave them some time to work out the problems and went back several months later and ate at the bar on a Sunday afternoon. Service was inattentive, I was never asked how my tuna was (it was old also) and didn 't even eat half of it, but the girl didn 't even remark on it. I would have had a second glass of wine, but since she never came back after she gave me my entree, I didn 't. I 've heard that the new Clary 's is great, so I hope whatever problems they had have been worked out."
