"This restaurant can and will cancel your open table reservation prior to your meal time BUT still show up! This happened to us and they were completely dead with tables available. Also, ask to sit near the lake view windows if possible. The staff like to congregate and complain about restaurant gossip- staff being sick, staffing, family life- and it greatly disturbs the peace of your restaurant experience. This seems to occur back by the buffet glass on either side and also in a room behind the scenes that you can still hear from on the hostess stand side of the restaurant. We ate there 4 times in 2 days so I noticed patterns very quickly."

"we made online reservations, but when we arrived there, the restaurant was closed and the host claimed that they were not aware of any reservations so that we sat at the bar. the food was good, but if we were told that the restaurant was closed, we would have decided somewhere else to celebrate our special day."
