"To summarize this review if you don't feel like reading everything) 1. pretty good food 2. pretty bad service 3. EVIL OWNER This restaurant is just AWFUL. The food is quite good, especially if you are there for breakfast $2.50 for a good mimose is not bad). However, the service is never very good. I went recently and had the worst experience I ever had in a restaurant. There were 5 of us for breakfast. My brother's food came out and we didn't hear from anyone 30 minutes later. He ate it, and we sat there waiting. When our food finally came out, it came out in small segments, and we had to remind them what we ordered and ask for things. Our water was empty all the time. Not all of us had cutlery. The owner or manager never came to talk to us or apologize. When our bill came, I expected some kind of compensation as we had expressed some dissatisfaction to someone who brought our food out. Nothing. Our full account was there. We've been there for an hour, and it wasn't very busy. I wanted to ask for the manager and ended up with the owner. His attitude was disgusting and insulting. Basically, he said that it doesn't matter that our meal was terrible, our service was terrible, and that we were all unhappy. He didn't even apologize. He made an excuse for the computers. I said I didn't really care about the computers because someone would have noticed we were sitting there before 30 minutes were over. Then he told me to get out and I'm cheating! We're in the midst of a terrible recession. This guy should kiss my ass and be grateful that he has people who can only go to eat about once a month, ready to spend money in his restaurant. But instead, he treated me awfully. It was really annoying and shocking. I don’t care what his story is, how bad his day was, or who didn’t show up to work on that day – DON’T TREAT ME LIKE I DON’T MATTER. That's bad. I say they're gone in the next two years. Spend your money in a place with some heart. Spend it in a place that appreciates your business and takes care of your experience. There is no good enough streak in the world to make this place worth."
