"I am a huge fan of sushi and have always dined at great sushi restaurants. Today, Sushi Maki impressed me the most and received the gold medal in my book. We sat at the sushi bar and I felt like I was on a thrilling ride at a theme park as we enjoyed a variety of fresh and spectacular sushi plates. Chefs Van and Vince were incredible, their presentations were stunning, and they provided excellent customer service. Our waitress Jin was also fantastic. The manager, Thomas, was welcoming and professional. We will definitely be returning to this awesome place. My favorite sushi dish of the day was the 'Calle 8' with sweet plantain - it was simply delicious!"
