"A great little Tex-Mex place that is good to the stomach and easy on the wallet. A personal favorite of me is the always ingenious Pollo Loco, which is between 11-3 only by $5. With some cold drinks and endless chips and salsa, this Collegedale stack is a target for legions of poor college children. Hit her for lunch!"
