Yes, the bar is just north of the popular Melrose Ave.; but really, the choices in the area are limited when it comes to good food drink, and even more limited when it comes to happy hour. It's about time there was a new bar in this West Hollywood/Mid-City section of LA!"

"The Fat Dog is one of my favorite places in North Hollywood. I come here so often. What I like kose is the consistency. I always get the potato skins because brie and bacon is a match made in heaven. Make sure you ask what the pasta of the day is. The servers are always very friendly. You can tell it is a great working environment. I love that it is outdoor and indoor. But I usually opt for sitting by the bar."

"Love this local place! Their burgers are consistently great and they have a decent selection of beer on tap. The patio out back is really lovely, but it is not dog-friendly. There is often live music here, it is typically folks just jamming together, which makes for a great vibe. This place is our neighborhood go-to!"
