"There have been many firsts in my trip to San Diego, and dining at an Indian restaurant was among that list. Urban India Restaurant did not disappoint. Nice little spot right in the heart of Gas lamp Quarter. I had the Masala Fries with chicken added as an appetizer. Glad I had company, as the portions were quite large. For the main course, I had the Tikka Masala with shrimp served with mild spice. I was very pleased with the taste of the food, the service, and the pricing of the menu items. The whole experience was gratifying and I would definitely return for a visit and try another dish on the menu."
