"A 3 year old with an iPad could tell you that cap hills abundance of Indian buffets means there will inevitably be winners and losers, and while New India Express is no culinary winner, it makes up for any shortcoming with exceptional service. The owner is a sweet lady who always remembers you and sees to your meal with a conversation beyond pleasantries. The food is good, and the price is right. The decor is a really quite tasteful, and having been around for quite some time, this restaurant knows what it's doing."
