"The Overall experience was great! The serve was nice and polite. Took about minutes to be served. I order a cocktail Panama Punch and the drink was so strong I have to have my server bring me to rasberry iced teas to mix the drink. I dont think Bar rescue would approve lol but the burger was amazing and the fries very good. was a good price for the food. I wish there could be better service to get drinks out. Overall great"

"We had a wonderful experience eating at the rainforest cafe. My kids love that restaurant so we go probably 4-6 times a year. We enjoy the food a lot and the kids love the animals. Today we had a birthday party for my daughter and the service was wonderful and the food was great. I gave it a 4/5 today instead of a 5/5 not because of the restaurant but because of the store. There is a store attached to the restaurant and there’s this lady that works in it and she accused my daughter of taking something from the store when it was a birthday present from our friend. I understand the mixup because the store had the exact same thing, but the reason why I’m annoyed by the experience is that as I said before, we’ve gone to eat there a bunch and I’m pretty sure it’s the same exact lady that follows us around whenever we are looking at stuff in the store and hovers. Look lady, we spend hundreds of dollars every time we go eat there. Tonight alone, I spent $400 for our meals. We have the money to pay for our stuff and we are good people. We aren’t going to steal your $11 **** so please back the f off. Give people some space when they are shopping! It’s really off putting."

"Went to several Rainforest Cafe’s when my daughter was younger but had not been an about 15 years…I do not seem to recall the food being outstanding, it was an atmosphere thing. We decided to go back…my daughter is now twenty five. The food was amazing. We enjoyed the lava beef nachos for our appetizer. (Huge platter). My daughter chose the Creole Mac Cheese pasta bowl and I chose the Taste of the Island seafood platter…we were both impressed. Kudos to the chef!! Delicious! We will be back again to experiment on something else!"

"The food was about a 5 out of 10. I ordered the steak, coconut shrimp and rib plate with mashed potatoes. The steak was very tough and chewy and lacked flavor, the shrimp was soggy, the mashed potatoes were decent. I would not come back for the food here. I used to frequent this restaurant about 5 years ago when my kids were younger, the food used to be AMAZING. The service was very good this time but again the food was not the best which overshadows the good service. The only reason I gave it a two is because the ambiance is fun. Lastly, the prices are high for the food quality."

"We had a group of older women, most reminiscing about when they took their grandkids to RainForest. So we knew about the theatrics, the noise level and were prepared for that. Our server was absolutely wonderful. The biggest concern I had was trying to get seated. I’m guess there is a policy of not seating a group until all are there. We are all 65 years and older, some with canes. The entrance staff refused to seat us when seven out of our 10 were there, insisting we had to stand and wait. I was able to finally convince her to allow us to be seated and direct the later ones to our table. If the place had been busy and crowded I would understand. At best it was 25% filled. Be prepared for exceptions."

"We made a reservation for pm. I was super excited as this is my favorite restaurant to eat at when we go on vacation to Disney. So to find out there was one near Ft. Lauderdale seemed great! Turns out the restaurant closes at We had no idea. They had reservation slots up until The staff was ticked that we were showing up so late. They even confirmed the reservation earlier in the day, but never said a word about that being closing time. The hostess and another waitress made extremely rude comments as we were being seated. Waiter was good but the experience was already ruined. Food then seemed not w great. We were both so uncomfortable, we just wanted to leave ASAP. It was expensive for a terrible experience. We were out celebrating the soon to come birth of our first baby but this location really put a damper on our trip"

"Took my daughter here for her Birthday. The food was good but not the best I had. My girls weren’t too fond of their ribs not sure why because I didn’t taste them but they did look delicious. I had a club sandwich and it tasted as good as a club sandwich would anywhere. The cheese dip with meat was delicious and tbh the best we ate that night.
