"Made an online order and it was ready pretty quick. Store is very clean and all the employees seemed nice. I personally am more of a fan of smoothie king because for some reason planet smoothie just doesn’t blend the smoothie enough for me/are less smooth. Still good though."

"This place was a pleasant surprise embedded in a shopping center in a prominent intersection, the mood is welcome without feeling pressureless. Beautiful interior and a robust menu is offered, so I went with the chocolate peanut butter protein shake as my go-to. I had a great time to sit and actually enjoy it at their interiors; this South-Fl heat is not a joke so that the timing of the smoothie could not have been better!"

"My family and I love this Planet Smoothie! The employees here are always so friendly. During one of my visits a woman pulled in off of Lake Mary Blvd because she wasn't feeling well. I think she may have been having a panic attack. She asked me to call 911 as she got out of her car and laid down on the ground. The employee from within the store came out to check on us. She made the woman a free smoothie and brought out some nuts. The woman wasn't able to eat anything because she started feeling progressively worse but I just thought that was so sweet. The ambulance and the woman's friend showed up and the woman was taken to the hospital. What an experience and what a great response from the business."

"We went in today on 9/18/21 for the first time and received excellent customer service with delicious smoothies. Thanks to the lady who was very nice to my family, because of her and how she treated my family and I, I left a tip. We will be returning soon and I recommend this place."

"This is your typical Planet Smoothie chain similar to the others located around Birmingham. The offer a wide variety of fruit/yogurt/ice blended smoothies. Many come with GNC-style protein or energy powders. Each costs between $4-$8 depending on size. The waits can be a little long when crowded because there is often only one worker."

"The store offers online ordering so I pre-ordered and paid for my drink to pick it up. When I got to the store at 12:20pm they were completely CLOSED! No sign on, lights out, and a lock on the door. I am now out $10 for my order and didn’t receive my drink. Nobody has contacted me despite me filling out contact information for the store. I understand things can happen and a place can have to close for various reasons but online ordering should not be an option if you plan to just lock your doors during lunch hours. Also horrible because no one has even attempted to reach out to me."
