"The second time, I ordered through a food delivery app. It took them an entire hour to deliver a pizza to my workplace, which is less than 10 minutes away from their location. When I called to complain about the long wait, they insisted it didn't actually take an hour and a half, despite my having an email confirmation with the order time. They claimed that the estimated delivery times on the app are unreliable and that it typically takes about an hour and a half for orders to be delivered. I mean, it's just pizza, not a gourmet meal!
Once again, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund because the driver was already en route. A few minutes later, the driver called me; I told him I no longer wanted the pizza and that I felt it was taking too long. Fortunately, the delivery app issued me a refund. Overall, I'm disappointed with the service, and there are plenty of other pizza places in Weston that I can order from instead."
