The addition of Plexiglas dividers has made conversations easier and more private, which is appreciated in the lively atmosphere. Upon the recommendation of my waitress, I tried the Cajun Skillet, a flavorful dish with hashbrowns, green pepper, onions, mushrooms, spicy Andouille sausage, scrambled eggs, and Hollandaise sauce. It left me feeling content and satisfied. My daughter enjoyed the classic eggs "Benny" with a side of fruit, served with a touch of humor by our waitress.
