"I am just going to share my experience and state that I will not be ordering from this place again. I never ever write reviews for anything but this instance has me a bit aggravated. I visited Inferno 's online website (which states that it is powered by Mealeo at the bottom) to look at the menu. After I decided what I wanted, I decided that I would use the convenient order online function. The delivery time frame estimate was 43-58 minutes. No big deal. After 1 hour and 20 minutes, I decided to call the restaurant and was promptly informed that my food had been ready for 40 minutes and that no Mealeo driver had shown up yet. The family was hungry so I asked them if they would remake the food so that when the driver eventually did show up, he would be picking up hot food. After a brief hold, I was told that the manager said he would not be remaking the food since they were too busy. I told the lady to hold my cold food, do not let the Mealeo driver take it (if he/she ever showed up) and that I was on my way to pick it up. On the way, I called Mealeo customer service and waited on hold for 15 min until a rep came on and told me that she was sorry and that she could only refund the 2.99 delivery charge and obviously they wouldn 't be collecting the 6 dollar tip I left. Upon arriving to the pizza joint, I observed that it was completely empty except for the employees and two stacks of pizza boxes awaiting delivery (one of them being mine). I asked one gentlemen if he was the owner. He said he was. I asked him simply, Are you going to do anything about this? Ultimatley, he told me that he wasn 't going to do anything about it and that they did not like the Mealeo company that their franchise is powered by and that they have had multiple problems with this delivery service. He recommended GrubHub. Well how was I, as a consumer on his website, supposed to know that? His attitude was apathetic and unapologetic. In any case I wasnt going to get hot food or any kind of refund. If I had an issue I had to go through Mealeo. Another gentlemen, who perhaps was a partner asked my name and then told me they would document this in their POS and give me a credit for the next time I order. There will not be a next time for me, they have lost my business. Looking at these Yelp reviews, it looks like my feelings about this place aren 't unique and it also is apparent by the lack of responses from the owners that the owners don 't care about these reviews. Hopefully this will just help some people avoid a subpar dining/delivery experience."
