"Started off okay with a pretty good menu and nice staff. Ordered two of the 'new ' Fish Chips with a pineapple chipotle coleslaw. The coleslaw got mixed reviews as I really enjoyed the flavor but my partner did not. I didn 't mind that it had a slightly sour milk taste as it like buttermilk; I think the pineapple curdles the mayo but that heat from the chipotle offsets it. The fish, however, was completely bland and maybe the worst item on the menu. I brought that to the attention of management and she made it right by personally making whatever we wanted to replace it and to have a good experience. I got the Buffalo Mac 'n Cheese and that was so very tasty with just the right amount of heat. My partner got shrimp scampi and that was delightful. Great service and eventually get food."

"First time here and last time. I will never ever come back!! We had a party of 4. Food was not really good for the price. SERVICE WAS SO HORRIBLE! Waiter disappears A LOT, he was not attentive. Had to go to the bar and asked the bartenders that we needed more drinks . Bartender says she will send someone out to our firepit table outside, took 20m for our waiter to finally come to our table, ordered our drinks then took another 15 20 minutes for our drinks. (keep in mind the restaurant was not busy at all, the place was practically empty. They had about 3 or 4 tables with customers and had only 3 customers sitting at the bar. Later we asked for the itemized bill, the waiter came back with the credit card machine which only showed the total amount of the bill. We asked to split the bill in 3. Each one of us gave the waiter tips on our credit cards. My friend questioned the bill seemed a little high . So she asked the waiter to print out the itemized bill (keep in mind we all had already been charged and given the waiter tips on each of our credit cards . We were all very shocked that the itemized bill had already included and charged a banquet gratuity of 22% (really? we did not have a banquet there just a party of 4, and the waiter did not deserve a 22% tip! . We felt that the waiter was very sneaky by not giving us the itemized bill printout when we asked for the check, and to never mentioned to us that we were going to be charged a banquet gratuity of 22% . Everything makes sense now! Why the waiter had disappeared A LOT, and was not attentive with serving us it 's because he will be getting his “banquet gratuity 22% tip, regardless!!!” (why should he hustle? Nowhere on the menu has anything listed or any signs posted in the restaurant to let customers know that customers will be charged a banquet gratuity of 22% (we were a party of 4 we didn 't have a banquet party . Lesson learned: Is to always ask for the itemized check before paying the bill."

"tonight we had the pleasure of experiencing the energy that swings in the garden of twin sisters. we even brought two sets of twin sisters. the food was excellent and I was thrilled by some refreshing snacks. on the menu for us tonight were the beyond brat (the one on the bungalow was dangerously good hehe), garlauch kräuterfries (yes! the vegan banh mi (the best I had so far), a wonderful green salat, and a black bohnenburger. a so funny place with patients and helpful servers. updated by previous review on 2021-07-25"

"large group catering for dinner during covid- so we went with the family meals for 4 and ordered 3 of them. really nice that we were able to make some substitutions, so there was a little more variety in the food. even the carnivores said the tofu was good and I think the caramelized fish surprised each of the how tasty it was-no fishy aftertaste or something! we commissioned the execution of grubhub, and the only disappointment was that our rice was left away from the order. when I called and mentioned this, they were more than happy to leave the rice, as we were so close to the restaurant and threw into a few small biscuits than extra! wished there were more food combinations that could go into the family meal, but still enjoyed it – we could feed 13 people with many rest!"

"Great discovery! From the outside it looks like a chain restaurant, but when I saw it up there are only 3 of them in the area. The restaurant decoration was fun almost touristic hokey as I was in a Disney restaurant. To be honest, I was a little afraid that the food would be quite standard. But to say, we were pleasantly surprised, is an understatement. I had the fresh fish that was a Grilled Grouper over a cousin with peas and mushrooms with a small serving of Kale. The kale had a beautiful lite dressed on her with a sweet tomato chutney. At the table we also had the Sirloin Tips about Penne Pasta, in a light lime sauce. In one of the Sirloin tips, it raised me back to the flavors and went to our favorite local steakhouse for a special occasion. Both entrees were tasteful and perfectly cooked! Then we finished the meal with the white chocolate bread pudding, with vanilla ice cream. Probably one of the best bread puddings I've ever had! Bathroom: I was a little surprised that the bathrooms were of the old metal stands (with all the trouble in the restaurant decoration, I thought the stands were a little updated). The color scheme continued in the bathroom, but nothing exciting or unique. There is no whole mirror or a baby change station, but it was clean. leaving the bathroom, there are two doors to pull, so was grateful that there was a garbage container on the second door, so I could still use a paper towel to open it."

"The coconut rice is the best! I ordered pineapple coconut rice salmon... the flavors mix really good I am not a fan of pineapple pizza but this was a good experience.. DISAPPOINTED in the fact that I got 5 little chunks of salmon.. for this big rice mountain not enough lemme say that.. I saw people next to me ordering the lunch specials and they looked more proteinic than mine that was from the regular menu.. The orange drink is Thai Tea taste similar as a Korean bubble tea without the bubbles haha"

"Passed by this place thousands of times I’ve the past decade and never stopped by. I’m happy that I finally did stop! Ordered the Patty Melt with curly fries! It tasted great and fries with ranch really hit the spot! The staff are super friendly and the pictures on the wall and music box at each table gives it a very old school vibe that you used to see in the movies. Place is also kid friendly and they have drawings and coloring pencils for kids. Since the COVID they added an outside seating area which is really nice if the weather is not too hot. I just have to mention the niceness of the staff! They come and actually have a conversation with you unlike most places that the waitress just brings the food and runs off to the next table."

"What a great spot for a drink! My wife had a glass of wine each evening and played cards with my child each afternoon before we went out. Each evening, we had a drink or two upon returning. Great little spot that had me curious about the food, although I didn't get to try it.
