We were on the move while we were hired to supply CO in TX and stayed the night in Artesia. This was a place I had explored online for our dinner, but waited to see what the hotel staff recommended. You recommended Adobe Rose and we went. Beautiful dinner, the Ancho Rubbed Steak was amazing and the salad greens were so fresh. We have sunk inside and the ambience and service were on site. And child-friendly, our 6 years old enjoyed the food as much as we. Well done Adobe Rose!"
