"I finally discovered a Spanish restaurant in Miami that offers authentic dishes, rather than the cheap, watered-down American versions of Spanish cuisine. This place serves high-quality classics, such as Serrano ham, Manchego cheese, a warm Spanish tortilla, delightful Piquitos filled with creamy cod, outstanding paella, and fantastic black rice with squid and shrimp, among many others! The maitre d' is Spanish, as are many of the servers, who are incredibly attentive to every customer's needs. The decor also has a charming dark and cozy Spanish ambiance. My only suggestion would be to add more reasonably priced South American wines to their wine list, which currently features some rather expensive Spanish wines that don’t quite align with the moderate prices of most of the food. However, their white, bubbly Sangria is reasonably priced and absolutely delicious."
