"This was my first time at Robata JINYA. I started with Three Dots hot sake. For food we ordered the Soft Shell Crab Tempura Roll, the A5 Wagyu Roll, the 9 Sashimi Moriawase and for dessert we ordered the Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc. The pricing here was a little higher than I expected but the food was so delicious! Worth every penny. Hot sake just hits different. If you haven’t had hot sake you need to try it. It will change your life. So smooth and the flavor tastes so much more amazing. This was hands down the best soft shell crab I’ve ever had. I’ve never had A5 Wagyu roll but the name speaks for itself. Top of the line beef. AMAZING. The sashimi is chef selection and it was so tasty and delicious. Kept wanting more afterwards. I’m probably going to do the Omakase next time around. The Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc is a work of art. They “noodle” the sweet potato right in front of you. I almost didn’t want to eat it based on presentation alone. But glad I did. I didn’t our servers name but she was the BEST! Very friendly. Complimented our selections. Made suggestions on things she liked. Corrected our order before we even realized it was wrong when nigiri was brought out instead of the sashimi. She even pushed another table up against ours so we didn’t have to cram all the plates on ours. She was attentive and kind. Best service I’ve had in a while. Thank you. I’ll be back for sure."

"the ambiente is excellent. food quality and presentation is very good. drink service was extremely slow. we ordered 5 lychee martinis and it took as long as it is delivered. it took almost 30 minutes. the food came fast."
