"The food was dry, shriveled, small portions, freezer burned, under and over cooked, microwaved, took over an hour to receive when it wasn 't even busy, presentation was awful, and simply not decent on any level. We ordered appetizers and pasta. Spoke to the manager who was kind enough to cover the bill but she had to based on how poorly everything was prepared and presented. Very disappointed after I was told they had fantastic food. The host even said to us and I quote when we asked him how he was doin, Oh living the dream having to be here everyday. Many red flags from start to finish. The casino should be ashamed to have this restaurant up and running. I can 't even imagine how the kitchen looks with cleanliness, FIFO process and so on. The manager mentioned they didn 't microwave their food but it had the look and smell of it. Not rocket science. After 1 1/2 hours of the manager redoing our food and the same result we left. We actually went to Rubyi, another restuarant in the casino. Which I would highly recommend to anyone, absolutely fantastic."
