"My family came here in late July 2021. We were a party of 7 and when we came in seeing if there was a place for us to sit, the lady working the cashier was very rude and basically yelling at us to go outside and wait while the other customers looks at us. We waited for almost 20 minutes until they took us in and when we went up to order the lady got annoyed and told us to write our order on paper and sent us back to our seat. After we ordered, we waited for almost 40 minutes and even after that only 1 of our orders came in. After another 15-20 minute wait the rest of our food came. Overall the entire staff was very hostile towards us, getting upset if we asked for extra napkins, utensils, etc. We will not be returning to this restaurant, and if you contemplating coming here, don’t *REPLY TO RESPONSE while you admit that you did give us a complimentary item to make it up, since u did realize that we waited over a reasonable time for the food , by responding rudely to reviews you are making customers go away permanently. while you were busy with the online orders. we were asked to wait for 15 mins even when 3 other tables were available and we were willing to split our group in different tables. even that you don’t appreciate. we were not told even 1 time or asked if we made any appointment. i don’t think you have reached the category where we have to make reservations. you can always tell people who come to dine in if you guys will be late in serving the food so they are aware if they are willing to wait or leave.put signs around your restaurant that customers have to dispose theirs plates themselves or take the plates home. u were yelling at another customer for not removing the plates. you should rather be a take out place than dining in as you are totally losing it. the water bottles were ours and did not get from your refrigerator. so stop making customers feel that you are doing them a favor by opening your restaurant.good luck with your continued rude response and attitude towards the customers!!!!!"
