"Disappointing. However, I should start by complimenting our server, Jamie. He was delightful and tried his best. But, he was the only one there and had to do it all--set the tables, pour the water, take and bring the orders, etc. This is the Hyatt! How could they not provide more help. The host ?manager) assisted very very little. The food was just ok. The restaurant opens at 5. We arrived at 7 and they were already out of some dishes including the one I noted online and was most interested in). The sausage soup has 2 little pieces of sausage and was very salty. I did send it back and noticed that the chef seemed upset by that. I have read the other reviews. Maybe, we were just there at the wrong time/wrong day; however, for us there is no reason to go back there when there are plenty of other good restaurants in the area."

"Waited in drive thru for 22 minutes before finally ordering. I ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window they handed me the cone that was dumped upside down and in a cup. Not what I wanted. They did remake the cone but 3 people handled it before finally handing it to me. Then after getting the cone, I still waited on getting my drinks. I ordered 1 large Unsweet Tea and 2 large Sweet Teas. After getting the drinks, they were all unsweet. I handed her back the 2 drinks and asked for SWEET TEA. She actually argued with me that she knows for a fact they were sweet . I said I promise they are all unsweetened and I would like the 2 sweet. After a few minutes and 3 people standing at the window looking at me, she finally handed me my 2 drinks. As I pulled away from the window the young man working inside yelled something at me. After driving away, I promptly threw the drinks away because I didn 't trust they didn 't do something to them. This is the worst service I 've ever had at any McDonald 's and I definitely WON 'T be back to this particular McDonald 's again. Not only were the employees slow but they were extremely rude. There are plenty of other McDonald 's I can do business with. I don 't care if I have to drive further. I refuse to be treated so poorly when I never one time was rude or angry with the employees."

"I went in the evening, and they took it to calculate me for a big frit when I ordered a sandwich and a drink, I speak about the extra $3-4. I went into the window and they have a manager there cool, so I ask why it is 3-4 dollars from the meal and rink price they said, oh it is because they get the meal. So we have a basic exchange of why I am being accused and automatically accused for a fry, they fix the order and total what it should be, then after the attempt to apologize for possibly coming out of the rude, they simply window in my face and glare at me like I am the problem and not there rude unreasonable co-workers. gosh just ask them if I want the fry, they don't cheat me or other people."

"Nice friendly staff. We visited with our 15 month old grandson. A very polite employee acknowledged us saying hello and making small talk. He subsequently returned with a toy for the baby which he loved. Thankyou for a great visit. It's nice to see people that really enjoy there job."

"This place several years ago took 15 minutes on a Saturday morning to give me a sausage biscuit. July 4th they surprised me! They stayed open later than normal helping all the customers that were in the drivethru. My order was perfect and everyone was friendly. Great Job!"

"I got 3 cokes, they were fine. I got two iced teas unsweetened with lemon but they only had one slice of lemon... I got the apple pies I like those Got some cinnamon rolls, they seriously do not need the icing they were horribly sweet fed him to the birds in the backyard. Now I know I'm going to have diabetic birds. Got some other sweet rolls if I remember correctly a apple fritters not as sweet as a cinnamon rolls... After trying a piece of the cinnamon rolls and the apple fritters I'm only going to stick to apple pies, and they themselves are on the sweet side for me. I love just being able to get my order and have grandpa in a full sized truck behind me lay on the horn because I let a an older lady with a cane walk by instead of mowing her down. I have to understand maybe he took ex-lax and was about to do number 2. No offense, but I'm not looking forward to my golden years... I would have to avoid all McD's after tasting those sweet rolls"

"Went through to grab a quick bite on lunch. Luckily my food was good because the customer service was lacking. The cashierwhom i believe was also the manager, slammed the window open and didn't say a word, just held out their hand, took the money, and couldn't even manage to say a word. "This Mcdonald's deserves 5 stars, every time we head to SoCal we stop at this Mcdonald's and we have never been disappointed. My review is specifically for the drive thru as we don't normally get out, however the employees are always kind and our food is always fresh! Never dry, often in Fresno the Burgers are dry and the fries are rarely fresh! Normally we get breakfast at this location but we left later in the day so we got lunch and I just had to leave the review to let them know they are doing an awesome job! When you don't have mcdonald's often, and you want it .. you are hopeful the fries will be fresh and there's nothing better when they actually are! Definitely recommend stopping if you are passing through and want a quick bite, the drive thru always moves fast and you will not be disappointed!"
