"Drove an hour and 20 minutes ONE WAY for the GREAT TASTE OF SCHLOTZSKYS and was very happy! We will be back! First experience of Schlotzskys was in Texas and it was immediately a favorite! Trouble is they are few and far between here in the north. Had one in Vegas while there and wondered if I 'd never taste one again...and was sad. When I discovered this one in Willoughby, made immediate plans to travel and eat! Great service and friendly people in Willoughby and the taste I remembered was EXACTLY THE SAME! AWESOME!!! Ate one in the dining room and ordered a large extra one to take home to enjoy for at least two more meals. You really need to try a Schlotzskys. I recommend an original in the size that suits that fits you. OMG it is so good!!! MEDIUM ORIGINAL IS $5.99. WHAT A BARGAIN FOR THE GREAT TASTE! And this place in Willoughby has the true spirit of customer service behind it. The owner operater was our contact and he told us he 's been here 18 years. So refreshing that he is still in there working. Willoughby has a true treasure in such a great taste and such good service! We will be making a trip here at least once a month. Highly recommend you try one. Wide variety but I recommend the original."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed and online order and when I got to the restaurant i went to the pickup side and I was told to wait in a line of 8+ ppl. Literally starring at my completed order while waiting. Get to the front and they don't have either flavor of chip. At that point I was too frustrated to pick another."

"We make a point to drive here a couple times a year since our local Schlotzskys closed several years ago. It’s my favorite “fast food” restaurant and every time we’ve been to this location the food has been fantastic and the customer service has been great!"

"I used to be a regular customer going there 3x a week for the past 1 year ordering their granola bowl... the staff has always been responsive... I always needed a small mustard cup of extra granola... and the staff had no problem with that, and I always tipped well... only recently, they charged me an extra $2 for that! Now, put it into perspective... I spent $90 a week at this place... you would think a small cup of extra granola is no big deal... (we know the cost of this is nothing)... but to nickel and dime me with this? for an extra $2, you lost my business... this cafe also charges $2 for hot water... hmmm... no one ever charges for this! so I get it.. you run a business... but really!??? $2???? I never see the owners, the staff would run if they found better jobs, and since their long-time manager left, many regular customers have left for other nearby cafes for the better energy... and vibe... they also say they open at 7 am... but that is when the staff is using bleach (not healthy) to clean the floors... take your $2... and lose your $90 per week..."

"Ordered online for delivery which was a huge mistake. I did not know the sandwiches came hot so everything in the sandwich was soggy and the lettuce and tomatoes were not fresh because of it. Buns were gross and soggy and the potato soup had so much shredded cheese I had to stop eating it. Customers who order online should have the option to have their sandwich fresh instead of assuming everyone knows your sandwiches are all hot. Otherwise I would have never ordered with you, I just wasted 18 dollars on one half sandwich and soup meal. Be aware of how your sandwiches are getting to your customers who order for delivery or else get out of the game because that was sad."

"I tried the new shrimp and Mac and cheese. I loved it . Mac and cheese was not dry and cheese was still stringy. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. I had a pick 2 so I also had 1/2 ham and cheese. I asked for sauce on side. I am glad they did I found out it was yellow mustard. I am allergic to. So the condiments area had mayo so I was able to add just the amount I wanted. Place was clean, service was great and the waiters kept the area Clean while we eating and asking if they could do anything else for us. Definitely will recommend to friends and will come again"

"I was craving a sandwich while on my lunch break and saw that Schlotzsky's wasnt far from work. I haven't eaten at one in over 15yrs and decided to try them out. The gentleman that took my order was very patient with me considering I had no idea what kind of sandwiches they had. I chose the Large Deluxe original combo with chips and a drink. My food came out fast and was very delicious. I could only eat half of my sandwich. Im sure I will visit the again soon."

"huge goes to jason at madison, al schlotzsky’s deli! my son has an egg allergy and jason went over and beyond to help us eat mason something. he brought food cans out to let me read the allergy to make mason his own personalized ice-free cheese pizza! mason loved it! as a mother it is hard to feel relaxed, try new places to eat with an allergy iddo. so many thanks, jason and his employees, they were all amazing! child-friendly: big young menu! parking: simple parking! dietary restrictions: went up and beyond to help with allergies!"

"This was my first experience at Schlotzsky's! I was in town for a work conference and found myself a bit confused at lunchtime due to my gluten-free diet. Looking across the street from my hotel, I initially wondered if they would have anything suitable for me. Just as I thought I'd have to settle for a salad, I checked the menu and was pleasantly surprised to see they offer gluten-free brownies. Curious, I did a quick search online and discovered that not only do they have gluten-free brownies, but they also offer gluten-free bread! The sandwich I ordered was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly polite! I also learned from a website that they provide gluten-free pizza crust. Thank you, Schlotzsky's!!!"

"We ordered a veggie pizza and a double cheese paprika pizza, and both were absolutely delicious. Although the marinara sauce was absent from the pizzas, the freshness of the crust made it a non-issue for me. I really enjoyed the flavors of both pizzas, especially the veggie one. "This restaurant is a great spot for a casual lunch sandwich. The seating area is very comfortable with plenty of windows and the staff is friendly. However, the food quality is a bit lacking. It seems like a mix between Panera and Applebee's. The menu is a bit confusing and could be organized better, but they seem to be going for a "catchy" approach. I might try another sandwich next time I visit."
