"The restaurant is old and in need of a deep cleaning. Our waitress was very nice although we sat for a long time without drinks. The big thing was, there was a button in my soup! It made it into my mouth since it was a dark colored soup. I spit it out and called over the closest server, he apologized took away the soup and said the manager would be right over. We sat for a while, no manager. Our waitress brought out new soup and said it was a new batch which is probably untrue but ok, fine. She apologized and said the manager would be over. Long story short, the manager never came over. No one ever offered to comp anything...nothing. Once I got the bill, I had to tell them to take the soup off the bill. I 've never had a restaurant do anything like that! On top of all that, my lobster tails were undercooked."
