"sent for east brunch. they seemed very overwhelmed! the staff was courteous and friendly, but terrible inefficient and disorganized. I felt really sorry for the staff, they seemed like the management had not prepared them and they seemed thrown into a situation over their heads. I'm sure it's difficult to work the people at the biggest celebration of the year. eating was acceptable, but not remarkable, as the decree requires."
