"Nice meal; good people watching! There are no cheap eats here. But if you are in Miami Beach looking for dinner on Lincoln Road then you know that already. The area is tourist central for Europeans who are baffled by tipping in the U.S. and others that do not tip at all so the bill includes tip/service charges on top of the costs of the food and drinks. I came with someone visiting from out of town and wanted a spot where we could sit outside and people watch while having a few drinks and a nice meal. We order drinks and received hot bread on the table very quickly. We had calamari for an appetizer and ordered the lobster on ravioli and seafood paella with a lobster tail on top. The food was hot and very good. Our waitress was wonderful, very friendly and super attentive. I tipped her on top of what was included in the bill because she was on point. I understand that people have expectations when they go out and spend their hard earned money. I just take the position that if you are decent and friendly to folks they will return the favor. We had a lovely waitress and enjoyed the food. My two vodka martinis with double olives had me very chilled and relaxed. I am not sure what to make of the negative reviews, but we had a wonderful meal here on a Friday night in March with excellent weather, good service, and people watching."
