"I went last night with my husband. The food was delicious. I got the Pan seared barbecue salmon. Their unique barbecue sauce was very tasty. The salmon was meant to come on mashed sweet potatoes. Instead, I asked for the parmesan sliced potatoes. There was also a kale salad to go with. The kale salad was heavily dressed; it was good nonetheless. My husband ordered the lamb steaks with mashed potatoes and green beens. He thoroughly enjoyed his food! He also got a side of wings. I ordered a Caesar salad; however, I did not like Caesar dressing. Our server was nice. But not very attentive. After we received our meal, She did not come back to check on us to see if everything was prepared correctly, until we were almost finished eating."

"When we arrived our favorite “Window” Table was waiting for us to be seated. Within a moment our server, Meghan, introduced herself with a welcome smile and a fresh rose for my wife. We ordered a bottle of wine and “The Queens Crostini” as an appetizer. The wine was excellent but the Crostini was one of the best tasting appetizers we have ever had. One could make a case of ordering two of the Queens Crostini’s and a bottle of wine! My wife had a perfectly cooked Sea Bass and I enjoyed my filet with purple mashed potatoes. *For outstanding service, romantic atmosphere and food to please your palate, we highly recommend The Palate."

"Food was very good. Portions were nice size but they should be for the price. I wouldn't say expensive but it was not cheap. Service was ok, I dont know if its because we were with a group but service was slow and not greatly attentive. Never came back to ask if anyone wanted dessert. The tip is automatically incorporated which I've found leads to a less attentive server."

"We had a terrible experience. The food was ok not spectacular. The service was absolutely horrible. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizer, got tired of waiting so we canceled it, and we were still charged. Our waitress came around about every 20 or so minutes. Several times we had to ask other wait staff to refill our water and at one point, we went up to the bar to get our own drinks. The room was overly HOT and very crowded. We were there for almost 3 hours. It was ridiculous."

"We recently moved into the area and had friends come from out of town. We decided to try Tito's Italian grill and we will not be going back. To not be greeted for 30 minutes, be asked multiple times how to split 4 people's check down the middle 2 ways, then have us each charged 16.42 for a 108 dollar bill, to be promised dessert for the long wait then never be offered or discounted was super crazy. We flagged down the server to correct the bill because we are not shady people but most people would have taken the lower tab and left but then had to come back again and ask how we were splitting it and I gave up and just gave him my card. This server was like running everywhere and all the support staff was strolling by. We made eye contact with so many support staff and no one ever came to our table. I'm a server in a nice restaurant and a part of the job is being aware, I notice when other servers have been taken to long to get to a table or if a guest looks like they need help. I suggest more training all around. It's really sucks because the food was good and area super nice but your team needs lots of training . Def a bummed experience but thankful there's lots of other options in town to try instead."

"After speaking to the manager several times about the undercooked pizzas, she insisted there was nothing wrong with them. Frustrated, I brought back my last undercooked pizza to show her just how raw it was, but she responded dismissively, in a very condescending tone. After that experience, I decided to stay away for a few months. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot. I even ordered under my daughter's name, fearing that if Wanda knew it was me, she might sabotage my pizza. I had hoped it would be as good as my first experience, but unfortunately, it wasn’t – and I wasn’t surprised to see Wanda at the counter again. The pizza was poorly cooked, the supposedly crispy thin crust was far from crispy, and the cheese was barely melted. As avid pizza lovers, we agreed this was the worst pizza we'd ever had! Needless to say, we won't be returning."

"A fabulous gem in downtown Campbell! The customer service was outstanding,Carol is the sweetest! The wine and beer list offers a great variety from California, France and Italy. We stopped in for a drink before our dinner reservations at another restaurant and I left my jacket on my chair and just as I was grabbing my phone to call Tessora's, Carol came walking in and personally brought it back to me! After our dinner, we went back for another drink and for dessert and to enjoy the band they had. It was crowded outside and the staff promptly made room for us and moved a table outside. We will definitely be enjoying Tessora's for many more times to come! I can't rave enough about the friendly staff and welcoming environment!"
