"A confirmed booking at Petit Marlowe. Has been stopped on time and said there is a private event to cancel my booking. You said OpenTable shouldn't have made reservations. Petit Marlowe claims that everyone called to inform them, but I did not receive any calls (in fact I asked a text to confirm my booking what I did). The restaurant staff said we could go to Marlow, so I asked if a table is confirmed for us and if so, at what time. He reluctantly agreed to call Marlowe, then he told me to stand outside while he called her. Are you outside? Really? Treat as rude as this mess was on them and OpenTable!"
