"I was running late, so I called to move my reservation back a bit and they said it was no problem. I showed up and they asked for my name, but they sat me at a really bad table when I asked for a seat near a window to watch the sunset. They eventually moved me after I asked, and the table they moved me to had a reserved sign with my name on it. Why didn’t they put me at my reserved table in the first place? Then they forgot about me and I couldn’t order another glass of wine. First world problems, I know, but I was really hoping to have a nice, relaxing evening and it was not at all."
