"We ordered Sukiyaki, salmon sashimi, and tuna tataki. All of the dishes were extremely delicious. I particularly enjoyed the tuna tataki, which was served generously as an appetizer. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food justified the cost. Overall, a great dining experience!"

"This place is honestly disgusting. Nothing is fresh. Even the soy sauce taste off. No idea why i came here but now i remember why i stopped coming here. The rice tasted old and my spicy tuna was brown. Everything took forever to come out and they forgot a roll. I will never be back here. The sushi chefs need to do better"

"Best Sushi in Peoria! I have had sushi in Phoenix and Chicago, and this is as good as you can get there. My family shared Mango Rolls, Fried California Rolls, Shrimp Tempura Rolls and Tuna Cream Cheese Roll, all top quality seafood and tuna. And the ambience has a classic Japanese vibe, clean and well-maintained. The service is top-notch, fast, friendly and cordial, with drinks refilled in a timely manner. Overall, exceeded expectations!"

"This was my 2nd time there, food and service were both fabulous, even though it was packed. This time we opted for regular (not Hitachi) seating, as the wait was over an hour. It wasn't 20 minutes and we were seated. Jessica B was our server and she was just wonderful. My SO and I had the combo fried rice and I ordered chicken fried rice to go to take home to my daughter. After ordering, my SO wanted sushi but we are not experts on it. Jessica suggested grizzly roll after quickly learning what we liked. She pegged us perfect and the grizzly roll is now my favorite. We had sweet tea to drink and it was delicious, much better than tea I had at a sit down chain restaurant last night. My daughter's food was timed perfectly. While it was a bit pricey, it was well worth it. It's difficult to find people to work nowadays and even harder to find workers like Jessica. I made sure and sang her praises on the way out the door and wanted to be sure to sing praises on here. Great job to everyone there, even with a more than packed house, they rocked it!!!"

"Love getting my Spicy Eel Roll weekly at Mikasa, they are even better inside and it takes the precise attention to detail of their highly skilled cooks, dedicated staff team members.
