"for vegans, the menu is somehow a chaos! they have labeled a vegan entree (quash and wild rice with vegetables) and several vegan sides (sweden salad, baked kartoffel, koleslaw). but after ordering/request about the dishes, we discovered that the vegetables are groomed in butter, the keilsalat made with blue cheese and speck, and the baked kartoffels are brushed with butter. (hhh? also there is a fisherman on the menu that marks vegetarian, but the description lists fish, cadjau, etc. so be only aware of you! the personal is friendly, although in the night we have visited, it is short personal. eating took one because, and I found the squash to meh and somehow understated, but that's just my opinion. they do their best, I think! but yes, they need to repair these confusing vegan labels. updated by previous review on 2021-12-30"
