"I was really disappointed with this restaurant. They promote themselves as vegetarian and vegan-friendly, but in reality, they use butter, milk, and eggs in almost everything. We went for breakfast and found that the only vegan options available were a heel flake and a head dish. Honestly, I can get better vegan options at a chain restaurant like IHOP, where I can order crispy fruit and heel flakes. We tried to communicate with the waiter to create a nice meal, but everything was cooked in butter. It’s frustrating that they claim to be vegan-friendly when their understanding of veganism seems limited. If they truly want to cater to vegans, they should know what being vegan means and offer real vegan options. We ended up leaving in frustration, and I still feel annoyed when I hear others talk about this place. It’s hard to believe they consider themselves vegan-friendly while using eggs, cheese, and butter."

It is expensive , hard croissants, sandwiches are small, the avocado from the sandwich taste from Costco boxes, coffee is not that warm. "loved it. I've once flicked on this place, loved their cakes and desserts. then I ordered a $40 cake of a day and they refused to put the happy birthday news on it. I would never go back. later I was sent here two days in order to pick up lunch for the office. both days I waited for over 30 minutes for a few cold sandwiches. this place is out of my office, less than a mile, but would take more than a lunch hour if I ever wanted to go back there. lesbians."

"We were in search of a coffee shop owned by a small business owner, despite a previous negative experience. However, we decided to give it another chance and we were pleasantly surprised. The coffee was exceptional. We tried the black coffee, latte, cappuccino, and breakfast burrito, and everything was delicious. The service was also excellent. The place was busy, but it all made sense after tasting their coffee. If you're looking for a cozy spot with great coffee and delicious food, this is the place for you!"

"I work next door to was excited to redeem my gift cards that I won and wanted something to eat for lunch. I was told to wait and stood there for 10 minutes before I was serviced. Then I was told they didn’t have any sandwiches or the banana bread thing that I chose instead because of them not having the sandwich I wanted. Mind you there were no signs and I was standing by the food they could have said something out of curtesy.They were super rude and treated me like I was an inconvenience nice to know this is how the business’s in my work building treat people. I will not be recommending customers to eat here."

"The 4 star review : If you want a cozy spot with outstanding coffee, desserts and food this is the place to go! Morning coffee or evening stop it's one of my favorite places. I've had their French press Italian, espresso, oat milk latte, whole milk latte, and my most favorite drink their skybound dark chocolate mocha. You will never find another mocha like theirs! Creamy and super decadent and rich, and just an all around dream when you need a mocha! They make their own powder and you can taste the quality. Their employees are super sweet, their manager Aaron is great and they really care about your experience there. 10 out of 10 recommend! The 1 star lost : recommendations I think the ambiance could be updated to provide a more clean and a more maximized space! The wood touches and shelves are sooo nice, don't change those! But the mobile order sign, general upkeep of ac vent dust and other containers could be cleaned. The succulent wall could be revamped easily. And the handwritten signs could be updated to printed and give it that next level professional look! I would love to see the photos be updated or placed as well, since as every space needs updating after a while. Smaller things like the open sign be moved or updated cords be hidden in the ceiling vents place dirty sample spoon cup with a darkly color real container would be things that would just add even more to the incredible experience!! The last and most important thing I'd love to see is for the music to be more consistent when you're at your visit. I've had multiple coffee dates with friends or family or my husband and the music can changes vibes too many times. It's worth the investment to provide a singular channel, jazz indie instrumental lofi club, to give the customers a more comfortable time while talking or studying. That's one detail I notice and pay attention to wether a clothing store or grab and go deli, it makes a difference and would be a worthy investment!This is one business I will continue to support and want to see thrive! "The ambience and location of this resturant is amazing! its very cosy and calm, the staff is very patient and kind. This establishment is right on a lake and has plenty of space to sit and drink your coffee or eat a sandwich on the water in the shade. The white mocha I had there was one of the best ive ever had in a long time. If you get the chance id definitely recommend going. Parking: Theres not much parking, but its usually not very busy so its not hard to find parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps inside and out of this establishment, they seem a bit steep and I think would make it difficult for a wheelchair user to be able to get up on their own. I am not a professional, nor have I used a wheelchair so please take this with a grain of salt."

"The Sweet Spot Cafe is an excellent place to visit when you are in the mood for tea/coffee and dessert. I was on my way to St Louis Lambert International Airport and I was in the mood for tea and dessert, so I decided to try the Sweet Spot Cafe. You have a wide selection of homemade donuts and pastries, so I decided to order several donuts, an Apple Fritter and a Cannoli. The Apple Fritter and Blueberry filled Donut were amazing, the other articles were good, but these two articles were remarkable. I ordered a big hot tea with these articles and the price was very affordable, much cheaper than Starbucks and other mainstream coffee shops. They also serve the food I am happy to try my next visit. I highly recommend tasting this restaurant and bakery shop."
