"I heard a lot about Panda Express and it is usually busy, so I thought I'd try it out. I was very disappointed. I did not think the food was particularly tasty, including the egg roll and the fried rice. The sweet and sour sauce was ok but not great. "I would not return to this restaurant due to two female employees, Ebony and Taylor, who touch everything with gloves, even going as far as touching customers' plates. If customers bring it to their attention, they become argumentative and refuse to change their gloves. This behavior is unprofessional and unsanitary. "They don't cook half their menu. Not because of supply shortages and I know because they'll have a wait for them to make more. A little wait is not so bad except if there's even a single car in front of you, you've been waiting for 10 minutes already. I think their thought is they can make everyone get nothing but orange chicken for less hassle Edit: oh and when I got home I had to cook it for another 10 minutes in the airfrier"

"I don’t normally go to panda but when I do it’s normally somewhat enjoyable. Most times everything was made how I’d expect but today I went through and got a plate with broccoli beef and chow mein. I drove all the way home and opened it up to literally just broccoli, no beef. I went back to show them what happened and even talked to the girl I had talked to when I went (LESS than 40 minutes before) and she brought over a “manager”. He was rude and didn’t understand and we even offered to pay again for a new order. Personally, it’s not worth my time to ever go back."

"Not really my kind of Chinese food. Nothing specifically wrong, just disappointed in quality of chicken (fatty and dark) and the heavy presence of rough vegetables that are tough to chew. Green beans were wrinkled and lack of any taste. Peppers were chewy and seemed to be from the top center and bottom of the pepper. Noodles dry like ramen without any sauce. Endless onions but Im not a fan. This may just be how the American version of Chinese food is, but not what expected. Just a neutral honest impression."

"Look I love Panda Express but lately I have been super disappointed at the quality of food drink that is being made. Here are my problems for the last 5 visits and all has happened consistently:-Coke taste HORRIBLE(Solution): pay attention to when you have to replace thing’s, instead of ignoring it.-Honey walnut shrimp SOGGY(Solution): CHANGE THE DAM COOK, he keeps making this problem.-Orange chicken soggy(Solution): same as the honey walnutThis keeps happening constantly and it’s me wasting my money ? all the time cause my kids won’t eat it AND my grandparents. I am spending approximately 50-65 each time I go here..for them not to even eat it. I gave it 5x and different time frame thinking it may be the cook but it’s all the same.I switched over to a different location and boom problem solved. Hence why I am reviewing this particular location In Hopes they fix it"

We had fresh, hot food that was really nice, as it was extremely cold outside about 16 degrees this day and this Georgian native thought someone had to turn on the heat outside. "AMAZING Sushi !!!!! Best ever, especially in Ohio. We used to drive over an hour to Columbus to get good sushi. Not anymore. Hibachi Express recently added Sushi to the menu. The Hibachi is also VERY GOOD! But you can definitely tell the sushi chef has a talent and passion for his work! Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff overall. I really couldn't ask for more! We have been here multiple times now and never once had a bad experience ???? Oh and the prices are very good as well."
