"This diner is fantastic! It's clean, respected, and overall very pleasant. The omelette could have had a bit more bacon, but the service was extremely quick and the portion size was perfect. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet, making it a great spot to get work done. I will definitely be returning!"

"Excellent food very fresh! I have been very disappointed with all our other local dinners lately and nearly forgot about acropolis (moved away for a few years) they are by far the best diner in town great food great people I go nearly every morning. I would have given 5 stars for atmosphere but one of their longest working servers tends to walk around causing problems with the other servers and complaining about the owners right in front of customers and it makes me uncomfortable. Everyone else is happy and great at their jobs and love the owners. "Google tells me the last time I was here, was 4 years ago. I can't believe I waited so long to come back This place is great. We started out with the chefs special blackened ahi tuna, I would've sworn we received a double portion, it was huge and delicious. We both had French onion soup and massive salads. Our waitress was wonderful and definitely look forward to coming back again soon."

"I started with the pork skewers with cheese sauce and then had the sour beef and dumplings for my main course. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The table agreed that the beef was delicious. The sour beef and sauce were excellent, although the dumplings could use some improvement. There was something off about the texture and consistency of the dumplings that I couldn't quite pinpoint. I would still order this dish again, but maybe swap out the dumplings for potatoes the next time."

"Great place for a quick cheap bite to eat. It is a random spot for a diner, but worth the visit. I have been going here since it was the old Tok's. The food, service, atmosphere is always a good time. It is a throwback to the 50's diners of yester-years. You can play the juke box. Your waitress will generally come in a poodle skirt. Then there is that good, old timey diner food. It never disappoints."

"Always good. I haven't been home for over 20 years, so of course I have a rapa scrap and hot cake. My sister is on a keto diet and I can't remember what it was that she ordered, but I know she loved it. They also have a huge Boston cream pie there and super thick lemon mellissas and what looked like Teramasu. I would recommend anyone looking for a good real diner should go to Towson Diner."

"Fun dinner in the middle of tourist town, south myrtle beach. Amazing how they pack them in. A reservation a must, guess that tells you something, Ok, the service and Taylor was exceptional. The whole staff worked together. That said it was mobbed. You could leave the mask at home and be up close and personal with everyone. Music good, food is best of the three German restaurants in the area. Price is fine and good German beer is cold. So drop the phobia, belly and enjoy yourself,"

"Unfortunately, the food quality was down — the Brussels sprouts were under cooked, under seasoned, and missing the balsamic glaze. When we informed the waitress, she said that the kitchen could not get the glaze they use. My response was, “then they should make some.” Seriously, but some balsamic and boil it down. Weak response. We gone here numerous times over the years and it has been consistently good — until now, sadly."

"great first experience. my friend and I went to dinner last night in the rusty bucket on polaris. we called and sat as soon as we were there. it was our first time we ever went there and we had a great experience.
