"I was in Detroit for a business trip and met a local relative at Tap for dinner. My overall rating of fair took into consideration that the food and service were both very good; however, I did not know that the restaurant would receiving lots of second hand smoke wafting from the open casino areas. We have very strict public smoking restrictions in CO and, because I have asthma likely due to a parent who chainsmoked when I was young, we had to cut our dinner visit shorter than hoped because my lungs began crackling and my head began pounding before too long. Very disappointing and unhealthy dining atmosphere"
