"We were out for the night for a graduation celebration since CU Boulder did nothing to celebrate the grads this year but put on a virtual movie credit type graduation. We had a tour of 5 distilleries for the night. We rated Ironton as our least favorite. We told our server about the celebration and she brushed it off. We ordered a whiskey sampler, nothing was explained. We ordered the artichoke dip appetizer and a couple of pizzas. There wasn't enough veggies and crackers, so we asked for a few more. The server forgot to bring them out. We were getting our pizza boxed up and ready to go and she said, sorry, I forgot the veggies. She brought them out with our bill and then CHARGED us for them. WOW. The ambiance is great for a nice evening for a beer and a pizza, but if you were doing a distillery tour in Denver, I would skip this place."
