"My wife and I have eaten here before, and we loved it ! So we felt like eating here again and when we opened the door, it was a very nice change. The music was great till they started singing live. Lots of tables and STAFF. I ordered the same that I always eat,The Chicken Parm. My wife ordered the same thing she always ordered, too. When they put my plate in front of me the first thing, I realized that they gave me a small portion: the Chicken Parm taste like tomato sauce only and microwaved. The pasta was slightly undercooked. The pic I took was a closeup so it can look like a full plate. Notice the portion. I wasn't happy with the bill. The staff are all very Very Very Very nice, way too nice. They didn't even give us space. Once I put my fork down, they took my plate. We are sadly not going back."

"this restaurant last year visiting ogunguit for the day and came back to stay in ogunquit and could not wait to make a reservation. we went on a Saturday night, so the place was busy. eating was great, but the service was very bad. our server finally came by to take our drink order that had come forever. When she came back, we ordered our orders. we had to ask another server that delivered our appetizer if we could have brot. the other server brought out our dinners that were excellent. my wife had a seafood risoto and I had the veal osobuco that was excellent. However, our server never returned to the table to see how dinner was or whether I wanted to order another drink I wanted. they only appeared at the end to see if we wanted a desert we ordered and then brought the one. also the server was allowed to carry what they wanted. this is a nice restaurant, but our server wore a sweater and sweat pants. no idea whether covid has affected them to have properly personal."

"Although we went there without a reservation at 9:30 pm, we were able to get a table. This restaurant stays open until 11 pm, which is convenient. We ordered calamari fritti, salad, pasta with truffle, past with clams, squid ink risotto, and steak. Everything was fantastic! We tried to go back there again during our trip, but unfortunately, we didn’t have the chance. I’ll definitely visit there again on my next trip to L.A. Thank you so much! "The food was fabulous. I had the lobster ravioli and can’t wait to enjoy it again next year. This was closing night for the season, so was quite busy. The staff was extremely friendly and obviously work very hard. We also lost out on our better table because a member of our party was unable to join us, so we ended up in a less comfortable spot close to the kitchen and noisier. I definitely recommend this restaurant."

"Awesome pizza nachos(nachos Italiano) Ambiance : we sat outdoor. Ducali has a pleasant ambiance but nothing out of the ordinary. Food: We had an appetizer Nacho Italiano. Oh my, just as I read in many reviews, it was so delicious. I loved it! We were so stuffed from it that we actually decided we needed a break before the actual dinner. And a long walk. I would highly recommend this place for this. Although if you are a vegetarian like me, request to not add the meat! Service : drinks and food were brought out in a timely manner. Our server also recommended some extra toppings in our pizza nachos which surely brought the up the taste. All praise for her! Veggie rating: I give this place a veggie rating of 3/5 for having few options for us and also being flexible on the pizza nachos! I'll go back for sure!"

"On a cold rainy day you would expect San Clemente restaurants to be less than full and we saw that at Rocco. The good news was that we could hear our friends and talk at normal level (vs scream in a full, loud restaurant). Better news, they were from professionals who spoke us room and good service. I'm the lonely person who's eating came bad, but I'm doing the review. My group ordered steak and lamb dogs and these were the best ducks we received. We started with the pumpkin ravioli and they were delicious, we shared it as an appetizer, although it is a duck. All, including me, loved her. I ordered the risotto with steak bits. The steak, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes were excellent, but the risotto was served in a sauce that not only improved the bowl, it made the whole dish almost unusable. So note that everyone skips the Risotto."

"The appy of calamari was delicious, even the greens with the vinaigrette 8/10. The osso bucco is served with a very heavy red wine reduction/gravy which was way too rich. The meat however was very nicely cooked. 7/10 I wanted pasta instead of potato with...my veal parm and was advised it would cost me an extra $14 to change from potato to a pasta! For $46 for veal parm give me the pasta and suck up the $14. The veal parm was pounded way way too thin and was crispy around the edges and barely had any meat compared to bread crumb. Veggies not bad, potatoes sad. But the sauce and cheese were good. 5/10 Tiramisu was average, rather bland. Small piece for $12. For that price please add some mascarpone, and real expresso to the lady fingers. 5/10 We ran out of wine before we finished dinner and coffee before we even got our dessert. Service was very slow and spotty. Noticed another couple waited forever to have their empty plates removed even though the server walked by them a few times without picking them up. Overall 6/10"
