"After a night out and in the area I love hitting up this old piece of Little Italy and grabbing a box of home made treats to bring home for next morning's breakfast.<br/ <br/ There is nothing like having a hot cup of coffee when recovering from the previous night's partying and dipping a tasty piece of anisette cookie or sesame cookie in it while watching TV. Dropped in here the other night on the way home and filled up a box of their terrific cookies enough for a few days! Well made stuff here. All types of Italian pasties. The kind that Grandma used to make. Prices are very good too. Their cookies are just as good, if even better, then the more well known touristy Italian places in the area.<br/ It's one of those old fashioned spots that are disappearing from the NYC scene.<br/ <br/ Sometimes when we are here and it is nice out you can sit outside and enjoy a well made cappuccino and a pastry. Nothing like people watching in Little Italy."

"The food was quiet decent. I got a special dish and it was horrible. I wanted to try salmon and it was dry and overcooked. The food was also overpriced for the amount of food you get. The entrees took more than an hour and same as the appetizers. The service was not so well. They took a long time to get us simple items like more water or extra plates. The building was alright but not modern or old. Overall, would not consider going again."
