"This was the second time I visited Xixa and I must say still amazing. I needed a second go round because the first time I had the Chef Selection which was very daring for a picky eater like myself. Chef Selection was good for the experience but I prefer to select my own dishes. This time I got to do that and again amazing amazing... Something to keep in mind, I think the menu is printed daily, so that means some dishes change. Call in advance if you are looking to have something specific to see if its on the menu."

"Very small but busy bar cafe in the West Village. Bartender was great as was the “Fedora burger” which ironically is not available at its namesake next door. The burger has a pleasant texture and was cooked just right. The bartender said the chef recommended medium rare but I requested medium. To my delight it came out just as I had ordered. You can choose various cocktails and some very good wine to wash it down. They also had oysters. Happy atmosphere with a not so cheap tab but hey it’s NYC. I will return."
