"Placed order through BiteSquad for 12pm lunch. Checked status and they did not accept by 11:20am. Contacted BiteSquad and they called restaurant and I called. They repeatedly hung up, saying the owner was not there, we can't see the order on BiteSquad,but they don't know how to do a phone order with a credit card. They refused to tell us they can't make the order. Waste of timeand completely irresponsible! Just say you can't make it. Don't play games!"
