"First time trying this place as we're new to the area and I ordered from my phone and somehow I screwed up my own order. When I arrived to pick up, I was confused and probably confused the guy behind the counter but he never made me feel crazy. He did a great job of figuring out the situation and then they fixed my order (again, it was MY fault) and corrected it. They were awesome. The pizza was too."
