"The atmosphere was nice for a date. There was supposed to be a jazz band— maybe we came at the wrong time? The carbonara tortellini lacked depth and was more cheesy than anything. The little bit of ham that was in it was chewy, and the flavor from the ham was purely isolated to those small pieces. The ham didn’t contribute to the overall flavor, and something needed to contribute to the overall flavor. The texture of the pasta was appetizing. It seemed like it may have been homemade. The portion size was appropriate for one person for one meal. Don’t expect leftovers. The bread is fantastic, but unlike other restaurants, you have to pay $4.50 for it. Nobody told us that. The waiter actually asked us about it and said, “Only two pieces come with it,” as if it was included in the meal."
