"Terrible customer service, tonight I witnessed a bartender with pink hair not only insult but belittle a patron, I was part of the party that reserved the upstairs tonight the one who made the reservation made it clear that the woman who joined us in our party was more than welcome (even offered to buy her a drink) but the bartender insisted she leave!!!
