"We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the Bistro. We started with the charcuterie board, which included 3 different types of bread and cheeses. The brioche was our favorite, with fresh honey from the estate. For our meal, we ordered filet mignon and their mahi mahi special. Both were perfectly cooked and seasoned. They were featuring a special fall dessert, which was an apple spiced crème brûlée…it was delicious! We had excellent service, as well. We’ll definitely return to the Bistro on our next visit to Biltmore!"
