"The breakfast at this restaurant was really good, with delicious food as shown in the pictures. However, I was disappointed by the lack of attentive service. When we requested ketchup and a chocolate milk for our 3-year-old, our waitress never returned, and we had to ask someone else for help. Additionally, it was a windy day and we had to eat outside along with other families with small children. Two parasols flew off the tables, one landing in the parking lot and the other dangerously close to our table. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was a frightening experience. The staff quickly retrieved the parasols, but it highlighted the need for more employees to assist during such situations. Despite requesting sugar-free syrup, I was given pure honey instead. Although I suspected something was off, I didn't mention it. It was only at the end of the meal when I was asked if the syrup tasted like honey that it was revealed the honey had been mistakenly mixed with the sugar-free syrup. As a prediabetic, this oversight was concerning. I hope the restaurant addresses these issues promptly for the safety and satisfaction of their patrons."
