"To begin with, I have been to Victory Italian before and had a fine experience, so hopefully this was an isolated incident. During my most recent meal at Victory Italian, I had a waiter that was so rude he literally made me fear I was in danger (he kept touching my shoulder and back when he spoke to me and acted hostile for no apparent reason). Additionally, we ordered a pepperoni pizza and were given a pizza with no sauce or cheese, just piles of pepperonis and when we mentioned we wanted a pizza with cheese and sauce the waiter told us that this was not how pizza was made and was passive aggressive from that point on. Furthermore, a rude bar back came and took our plates without asking and spilled our silverware on our table without picking it up. An all around upsetting and creepy experience for a restaurant that is fairly expensive."
