"I visited this restaurant and used the drive-thru service. They got my order right and I was pleased with the experience. The service was quick and efficient. I ordered dinner and the prices were very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food was decent (rating of 3), the service was great (rating of 5), and the atmosphere was average (rating of 3). "This place is my guilty pleasure. I love being able to place my order online through the McDonald's app and using their fantastic deals, such as free large fry with any purchase of $1 or more. Even though the drive thru is commonly wrapped around to the road, the service is usually very prompt. I prefer to use the curbside pickup feature in the app because it seems to be a smidge quicker, but no matter how I pickup my order, I'm always quite pleased with the experience! Great job Marlin McDonald's team!! Keep the McChick's comin'!"

"Ordered #5 chicken MC nuggets. Let me start by saying I know 10 is a high number to count to but all 3 orders of 10 were all short; the 20 piece that was ordered was short by four. I love my MC nuggets but wow quality control at McDonalds has gone so far down hill and the wait in line gets longer with bad service to boot."

"Update 3/5/2018: This place takes digital payments so that you can use your phone very convenient. The service is always great when I come. I was here at dinner, late night and breakfast and although different people, the service remains the same. This speaks to the owner and the administration. The only thing I noticed this time was the toilet room not clean; there were paper towels on the floor and in the sink and the paper towel dispenser was not working. There were also Ketch up Splatter on the wall and around the Ketchup donor area. Otherwise someone cleaned the glass. During the summer months we play basketball until about 10:30, so we all go and get ice cream. Here we go after playing on ice! We also like to go at this time because it is not so busy. Almost every time we go, it's always busy and there's always a line. Driven straight up today (May 12 2017 and there was a pretty line in passing. So I went in and still had to stand in line. It's a good business for them, just need to grab your patience if you just go for ice: otherwise it's a good place."

"Place an order at 10:05 on the order kiosk. Paying the number to the cashier and had to wait until 10:15 because no one was there. On the memory screen it showed the order in process. When I asked about my order, they said they would work on it. 10:45 and when I ask again, they even said that I ordered at 10:05, they ran out and there was no more breakfast. I ordered and paid. You could give me something else. I asked about my money back and they said there was nothing manager and something else to get from the lunch menu. I never got my money back. Manager never showed up. By the way, there is a young African American girl with long hair laughing about the situation. Even the other employees could not stop laughing. I want my money back."

"I used to go to McDonald's for their Happy Meal toys, but ever since they stopped including them, I haven't been back. "How hard is it to make chicken nuggets correctly. Especially from the place it invented the chicken nugget. At least they invented the fast food chicken nugget. No one expects it to be thin dried out and cold.This was a mobile order. It’s not that difficult to pick the right sauce. Both visits did not get the right sauce.The sandwich smelled funny and tasted off. I think it may have been the mayonnaise. Yes, I don’t like mustard as much as mayonnaise so sue me.I mean, the food is cheap but I don’t know that I would’ve paid for it even at that price with the low quality. It was so far below expectations.I will try another location. This one is just not run very well."

"This McDonald's in Lewisville is very fast and friendly compared to the city we came from. We ordered a small $16-$17 meal. At the speaker we were immediately greeted and they took our order and of course repeated it for accuracy. They thanked us and we pulled around. At the first window we were greeted friendly again and we paid for our order and she thanked us and pulled us to the next window. At the second window we were greeted again and we were handed our food. The man who gave us our order was friendly as well. When we asked for condiments he happily obliged. All in all from speaker to the second window we were in line about 5-6 minutes which isn't bad for a McDonald's and a long line. There were cars in front and behind us and they still got the order out in a timely manner!"

"We just celebrated my sons' 5th birthday at McDonalds. There was a mix with provided decor for the party, but the staff went beyond and beyond to form for them. "I'm usually here at 5.30 a.m. by chance at a week because I work a little down over a road. Employees are appreciated by me with their courtesy, I hope they are well respected by management in view of the recent reviews. Always fresh food, always nice, had no mix with my orders yet. "I graded 3 stars because of inconsistency with respect to the inside of restaurant hours. Oftentimes, inconsistent dine in hours increases the drive-through crowd and is always too busy!Food meaning beverages. Their large cups are expensive now!
